Can u please help me fix Unable to join player connection multicast group

When I open any unity project I have errors in the console saying Socket: unable to join multicast group, error: An unknown, invalid, or unsupported option or level was specified in a getsockopt or setsockopt call. (0) Unable to join player connection multicast group.
