SUCCEEDED(hr) and failed to create 2D texture errors

Hello! I've downloaded unity 4.5.0 and when I'm trying to create a new project I get 5-6 "SUCCEEDED(hr)" errors, the game runs but I still get the errors. Also, when I'm trying to open the AssetStore I get "failed to create 2D texture" error in console and the AssetStore remains blank, not opening. I've reinstalled the unity 4 times.
